30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all new paid subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with HiBubo within the first 30 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.
Eligibility
- Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the initial subscription purchase
- The 30-day guarantee applies to first-time subscriptions only
- Renewals and upgrades are not eligible for the 30-day guarantee
- Annual plan refunds within the 30-day window will receive a full refund
After 30 Days
After the 30-day period:
- Monthly plans: No refunds are issued. You may cancel at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.
- Annual plans: We may offer a prorated refund at our discretion for the unused portion of your subscription. Contact us to discuss your situation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please:
- Email us at support@hibubo.ai
- Include your account email and the reason for your request
- We will process your request within 5-7 business days
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms of Service
- Account suspension due to abuse or fraud
- Chargebacks filed without first contacting our support team
Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. After cancellation:
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
- No further charges will be made
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be deleted
