    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using HiBubo ("Service"), operated by HiBubo ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

    2. Description of Service

    HiBubo is a SaaS platform that provides Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) tools for websites. Our services include AI visibility monitoring, brand sentiment analysis, hallucination detection, and optimization recommendations delivered through a WordPress plugin and cloud dashboard.

    3. Account Registration

    To use certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

    4. Subscription Plans & Payments

    HiBubo offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy.

    5. Free Trial

    We may offer free trials for paid plans. At the end of a trial, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless you cancel before the trial ends.

    6. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or hack the Service
    • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Service
    • Resell or redistribute the Service without written consent
    • Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

    7. Intellectual Property

    All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by HiBubo and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service.

    8. Third-Party Services

    HiBubo integrates with the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

    • Perplexity AI — for citation monitoring and content analysis (Pro/Business plans)
    • OpenAI (ChatGPT) — for ChatGPT citation tracking via the Responses API (Business plan)
    • Google Gemini — for Gemini citation tracking with Search grounding (Business plan)
    • Paddle — for payment processing and subscription management
    • Supabase — for authentication, data storage, and API infrastructure

    Your use of these third-party services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. HiBubo routes API calls through its own proxy to protect your data and API keys.

    9. Data & Privacy

    Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using HiBubo, you consent to the collection and use of information as described therein.

    9. Service Availability

    We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

    10. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, HiBubo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

    11. Termination

    We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

    12. Changes to Terms

    We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
